By accessing and using the services provided by LS Corporation ("we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
LS Corporation provides website design, development, hosting, SEO optimization, and ongoing maintenance services on a monthly subscription basis. Service details and pricing are outlined on our main website.
Subscriptions are billed monthly. Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle. Failure to pay may result in suspension of services. No upfront setup fees are charged unless otherwise agreed in writing.
You may cancel your subscription at any time with 30 days' advance written notice. Upon cancellation, your website will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
If LS Corporation registers a domain on your behalf, the domain is registered in your name and remains your property. Upon cancellation, the domain will be transferred to you at no additional cost.
Upon completion of the service contract and full payment of all fees, you have a non-exclusive licence to use the website we create for you. Custom code and design elements remain the intellectual property of LS Corporation unless otherwise agreed.
LS Corporation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the most recent three months.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any significant changes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kosovo. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Prishtina, Kosovo.
